About Us

This website was created by the Ocean Reserve Owners’ Initiative Group and serves as an independent information platform for all unit owners.

Project initiator — Maria Bordeianu, one of the largest investors and unit owners in Ocean Reserve.

Here we publish official letters, requests, and documents addressed to the Association Office and state authorities. These materials reflect the actual condition of the Association’s management and finances.

Our goals:

ensure transparency and legality in the Association’s management;

promote rational and economical use of owners’ funds, avoiding unjustified expenses;

identify and disclose budget deficits and outstanding loan obligations;

develop solutions to stabilize the Association’s finances without new loans or increased maintenance fees.

We act voluntarily, without conflicts of interest or personal gain. Any Ocean Reserve owner may join the initiative by contacting us via email.
