Water is running down the walls, and the garage continues to deteriorate. Construction work related to the 50-year recertification has been stopped due to nonpayment to contractors. Owners are required to pay on time and are penalized for late payments, yet the contractors are not being paid. Look at the condition our garage is being left in.
