Please pay attention to the manager’s report dated Friday, October 9. In the section about the roof, she writes that water was extracted from the roof and that the building was inspected together with the engineer. They want us to believe that the roof has been taken care of and that it is not leaking.

This is a lie.

Today is October 11. Only two days have passed since that report. The roof is leaking. Water is leaking right now on the top floor, in the penthouse. I am here all the time, and I am attaching photos taken today, October 11, as evidence, so that you do not believe this deception. The walls are wet. The entire penthouse hallway is wet from the rain. There is a strong smell of mold in the hallway. A large amount of mold has formed inside these walls, because the roof here leaks constantly.

We paid a lot of money to repair this roof. The roof was repaired, and it is still leaking. And nobody is dealing with it. Nobody.

Neither the Board nor the management company is doing anything. They are engaged in lies, in slander against owners, and in stirring up conflicts between us, instead of dealing with the serious matters of our building. They do this so that they can keep deceiving us, stay in their positions, and keep spending our money.

It is already mid-October, and we still have not received the audit. We do not know what is happening with the audit. We are being deceived again, and the audit is not being provided to us.

All of our units are under a lien. And the entire building is under a lien as well.

Do not believe them. Do not believe the reports. Believe the facts.

This is our home and our money. We can no longer stay silent.
